What are the different backs on the riser recliners?

There are three main backs that can be ordered for your riser recliner chair.

• The Lateral – a supportive design for customers that need assistance with positioning in the chair.
• Waterfall back – popular choice on a riser recliner, usually three cushions which can be adjusted to your needs.
• T-back – good for spinal support as the three cushions are adjustable with the central break can support customers as the pressure is relieved when sitting for long periods.

There are other backs available such as button and straight.

What do all the different motors mean on a riser recliner chair?

We offer a range of motor movements for the mobility chair. The range of movements are there to support relaxation, comfort. below we have put just a few of the options available.

• Single motor – foot rest and back move at the same time. Can usually be seen with a wall hugger and needs less room to operate.
• Single motor tilt in space – Good for circulation, pressure relief and general comfort. It can elevate your ankles higher than your hips.
• Standard dual motor – This does not elevate your ankles higher than your hips, however it does allow independent leg rest movement and back functions.
• Dual motor tilt in space – suitable for skeletal issues if you need to regularly alter your position.
